Clear Skin Recipe: Simple & Delicious Falafel Salad (dairy-free)

One of the MANY ways I love using cashews: making DELICIOUS nutrient-dense salad dressings!

Back in August of 2018 I was obsessed with this salad, but honestly I haven’t had it in quite a while! I’ll have to make it again sometime really soon because it’s so gooood!!!!!

Ingredients:

– butter lettuce mix

– tomato

– pickles (I use Bubbies pickles)

– sweet onion

– baked falafel (I just made some using the falafel mix from Trader Joe’s)

– cashew-based dressing

(raw, soaked cashews blended up with water, fresh lemon juice, cumin, parsley, & salt)

This salad is SO FREAKING GOOD! I highly recommend trying it!!
