Here are 2 really tasty & simple, nutrient-dense salad dressings that are dairy-free!
Dressing 1: Falafel inspired salad dressing (I use this dressing for salads topped with falafel)
Ingredients:
-Soaked, raw cashews
-Water
-Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
-Cumin
-Parsley
-Salt
-Hint of black pepper
Blend all of the ingredients together, adding in more liquid as needed to reach the desired consistency!
Dressing 2: Sunflower seed balsamic dressing
Ingredients:
-Soaked raw sunflower seeds
-Water
-Balsamic vinegar
-Salt
-Pepper
Blend all of the ingredients together, adjusting amounts as needed to reach desired taste and texture!
