  • Asparagus, cabbage, garlic, and onion – are rich in sulfur which can help repair damaged cartilage
  • Bone broth – delivers collagen to the body
  • Freshly ground flax seeds – contain omega-3’s and have anti-inflammatory properties
  • Mushrooms – have been known to help regulate the immune system
  • Leafy green vegetables
  • Organic grass-fed beef and poultry
  • Fresh fruit
  • Sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, and kombucha – high in probiotics

Foods To Avoid:

  • Caffeine & alcohol
  • Sugar, refined carbohydrates, gluten-containing grains, and pre-packages processed foods – can cause inflammation
  • Dairy (with the exception of organic ghee, if tolerated)
